Rain South Africa I upgraded from 4 g to 5 g had great experience with this company, after a year hence I'm upgrading. A lady their sales rep called me after I request a service call on my app within 2 minutes. Lutendo Kulem***a assisted me. She did not overwhelmed . Gave me time to process and called me back after 15 minutes unlike the other sales people want to make sales immediately forcing an item down on u. She is also up to date with the product she selling have a very good understanding of her product. Service is great 9/10. It would have been 10 out of 10 but I can only score ten if my product arrive before 3 to 5 working days Recommend rain? Yes plug n play no fibre
