Rain solutions does not work from day 1

I put in my order and paid and 3 days later we received the router. We plugged it in and it did not work. We called them and they said the sum card is blocked and that they will get someone to call us. The next day we called them again and then they said sorry ,but they need to send a technician on the Friday and that he/she will be there at 8am. They did not come. E called Rain again and then they apologised and said a technician will be at out home first thing Monday and they still did not come. In essence I have paid for a service that does not work. I cannot get a hold of them today.
