Rain sms with link??

I regret having tried this so called service provider as there is absolutely no service whatsoever! I have been billed for unlimited wifi and yet here I sit with none, have never received the sms to verify the rica docs and now I am unable to get in touch with anyone to assist with this process?

Worst mistake of life to give a try since i was warned numerously by various people to stay away. not happy at all I want a refund so I can go elsewhere but cant even do that as there is no way getting in touch with anyone :(
