Rain slowest speeds since BlackBerry bis

I have rain now for 4 months and im totally dissatisfied with their speeds. From day one the most i get from Rain is 0.3kbs and the best i Received was 0.8kbs. Youtube buffers, any games with ads will buffer for 20 minutes at a time. Facebook app is slow and facebook lite takes forever to load. I cant use rain for anything business related. Im been ****med by these people.
