RAIN SIMCARDS ARE A ****!!!

Stay Away from Rain Guys I reapeat Stay Away from this network service provider , so my story goes like this I have been using rainsim 4G service since 2019 the later used two simcards 1 I pay R470 another I pay R250 per month so on 2021 November I didn't make my rain monthly Payment , so they deactivated the simcards since data was no longer connecting they even send me a message that I have to pay arrears to get connected ok fine I understood and turned of the routers since I ddnt have the money and I can't keep them on cause rain deactivated the SIM , so now it's February 2022 I got cash , was very excited to pay and get my service back , when I got to their website in owing R2350 instead of R720 , they have added billing for December 2021 and January 2022 service they didn't provide since they had turned off data on their simcards fr that two months , I'm now stressed why I should pay for what I didn't use ...any advice on how to get out of this?
