Rain simcard useless
Got Rain a couple of months now. Router and 1 sim card works well other sim card in second was supposedly activated but my wife can't make calls can't access the internet can't receive calls. This is really not on and they deduct their money on the agreed date every month. I did call their line yesterday and it only worked for 10 minutes and back to square 1. No data no airtime just nothing. It's like a stone in my garden. Just sitting there doing nothing. Come on Rain I pay every month

Please follow these steps:
For an iOS mobile device: 1. Go to settings, Mobile data, Mobile Data network 2. Under Mobile Data set the APN to "rain" 3. Under LTE setup set the APN to "rain" (on the later versions of iOS) 4. Leave the username and password empty 5. Go Back to Mobile Data 6. Select Mobile data options 7. Select Voice and Data and make sure the option that has LTE/4G is selected. • Go to settings
• Mobile data
• Mobile data options
• Voice & data
• Enable VoLTE. For an Android device: Kindly download our raintalk app on your Android phone and activate your sim cards by applying the below steps: 1) Go to SETTINGS on your mobile. 2) Then go to CONNECTIONS 3) Go to MOBILE NETWORKS 4) Then go to ACCESS POINT NAMES (APN) 5) You will see a page where it will be showing. Name, APN, Username, password, APN protocol 6) So, put. NAME as- rain (in small letters)
APN as - rain (in small letters) Username as - rain (in small letters) 7) On the upper right corner there is an option to SAVE. • Go to your device's settings menu • Select connections then mobile networks • Enable VoLTE or 4G Save the settings, then go back to your raintalk app and insert the sim card contact number then an OTP will be sent to you which you need to punch in. Restart the device once done and you will be able to connect to the closest site.
