Rain simcard not delivering

Hey I'm Hloniphani and I'd like to report that my partner took the simcard from rain which is R250. 00 for 19hours between 23:00 till 18:00,every evening we'd switch off the router to avoid extra charges and after 1 month of use the invoice statement said that he owes R9372. 00. I have been chatting with them regarding this financial error but they have not been helpful, they insist that we must pay that amount, last week Tuesday 1 of the consultants named Jabulisile discovered that there was a mistake on their side and said that they will investigate, but since then nothing has been done. I have all the conversations in my phone, because I spoke to more than 5 different people on different days.
