Rain simcard

I ordered rain simcard on the 17th July and R479 was debited from my bank account same day and I then got a welcome message and was promised to get my order within 5 working days. Till today, no simcard nor communication was received from rain. I sent several emails to rain and messengers sent with my contact details sent but no response from them. I only got calls from RAM couriers who took my order to the wrong address on the 03rd August. On the 5th August the ram couriers came late at 17h58 at my work address and I was home since I knocked off at 16h00 they refused to come to my residential address. Yesterday again they called to say they will deliver today. I called them again today and was told my order went back to RAIN. I think I'm been ****med My numbers to call are ***
