RAIN SIMCARD CANCELLED POOR SIGNAL - REFUND MY MONEY

#*** - Web-Orders : *** I app**** for RAIN 4g SIMCARD on the 24 March 2022 and was delivered on the 25 March 2022. Till this day 1 April 2022 the SIMCARD is not working. I called on the 28 March 2022 cancelling my SIMCARD and was told a consultant will contact me within 24hours an suddenly I am billed from 26/03/2022 - 31/03/2022 an amount of R92.71 incl. VAT for what if I have not used the simcard.

I need my refund and someone to cancel this simcard that is useless. RAIN is a **** with false adverti*****t.
