Rain sim swap not attending to even now

Rain: still waiting for sim swap!

On the 12th of November I 2023 I requested a simswap via the the my rain app , few days later I was contacted to confirm if I requested a simswap and I confirmed. Till today the new sim cards haven’t been delivered, I’ve been unattended. In most cases you call the call centre and they don’t pick up, they refer you to the my rain app only for them not to give feedback.

On the 2nd of December I called the call centre, they said they referring the matter to management for urgent attention since it’s long overdue. I’m still waiting & I’m tired of calling
