Rain sim swap failsu
Lost my sim and app**** for a sim swap. I received an email from Rain confirming my order and asking me for the delivery address. Which I emailed to them.
I then got an email from them with the wrong delivery address, I notified them of the fact via email. Today I received an sms from their courier partner's informing me of the delivery of the sim at the wrong address that I had asked Rain to fix. Which they apparently didn't.
Have now blocked them from debiting from my bank account, Until they send the sim to the correct address. Won't pay for a sevice I can't use
