Rain SIM swap

I requested for a SIM swap 13 day's ago no one responded until I call Saturday and they put me on hold for an hour until I ran out of airtime I called again yesterday and they say it will be done in an hour but it's been 48 hour's nothing happened like srs this company needs to change bcs they are taking people for granted it's not my first time writing a review and next thing I'm going to cancel the whole thing
