Rain - Sim & Router Delivery

I signed up with Rain 5G and ordered my sim and router on Monday. Today marks 5 Business days since my order and it still has not been delivered. I sent an email to customer support today morning and was promised to receive support from a Rain Agent but to date no response has been received and it would seem that my product will only be delivered on Monday if not later. Once my product is received, there would be another waiting time for them to activate my sim. Extremely poor service and bad 1st impression from this company. I am looking at alternative service providers.
