RAIN Sim Replacement

I am very happy with RAIN and the customer service i received. I had lost my sim card over the weekend and i called their customer care line on Monday the 18th of November. The lady i spoke to (Deborah Nhlapo) was friendly and she said she'd email me when the sim replacement was approved which she did. Then escalated to Logistics to have the sim card delivered and i received it this morning the 20th of November. I then called to have the sim-swap done and it didn't take more than two hours. The sim-card is now in use and I am a happy customer! a S/O to Muriel Mano who notified me that the sim swap was successful. RAIN has wonderful customer care staff. They deserve 5 stars.
