Rain Sim port service

I have been trying to port my number back from Rain to Telkom, this is due to talk app which is undescribable terrible bellow par performance. I followed all steps needed visited Telkom. Rain is refusing to release my number. Contucted their support sent an emails they keep on telling me that their support will look into it. Its been 2 weeks. Im currently uncontactable.
