Rain sim PATHETIC SERVICE and NETWOR****

I have a debit order set up for Rain and every month they are suppose to debit my account. They however failed to debit my account for my last bill and then they cut me off. I thereafter submitted a query to the rain support team as i was afraid of making payment to them and thereafter they debit my account.They have failed to respond to my query and i ended up making payment to them. I hope my debit order doesn't go off.I hope they don't use this coronavirus as an excuse because this is all automated. They offer pathetic service for data that i can hardly use due to their networks being so slow. Its a pitty i can't chose 0 stars on here because that's what they deserve.
