Rain Sim not Working/No Support from their customer care

I ordered my rain sim on Tuesday, 85% of the time the sim is not working. I have reached out 4 times to your support assistance and I don’t have any feedback, I am on the free trail and worst case is you guys have debited my R470 and I can’t even use this sim for work purposes I want my refund.
