Rain sim not activated

The Rain Network 4G is the most terrible network that I've ever used.Iv been waiting from the 18th Dec for my sim card to be activated , I can't connect to the internet,to make matters worse there's no call center to get hold of to assist me with this problem ....their website has no adequate information pertaining to the problem... I have paid but I really regret canceling my contract with the other network.
