Rain sim network for calls very bad
I have been calling Rain several times to port me back to Vodacom; their sim card calling and receiving is very bad. They also tried to call me, but when talking, the line cuts off. Rain, it was very quick when porting from Vodafone to you; what is the problem now? Please port me back; Vodacom already sent a request last Tuesday, but there has been no response from you. Your 5G router and network are good where I stay, but the problem is the second sim. My reference is ***. I tried sending an alternative number through your support email, but it came back with a message that no one was attending the emails.
