Rain Sim delivery service

I decided to move from Telkom to Rain ISP last week and completed my order. I tracked my sim delivery online which now say that my sim have been delivered and will be active within 24hrs. NO SIM HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE!!! So someone will be able to use my sim on my account soon? very disappointing
