Rain sim delivery after 9 days!

I have ordered a uncapped 4G Rain sim card(R479 Package) on the 11 May, i have received numerous calls this week from a gentleman asking for my address and i have repeated myself every time i pray he does not call me again, lest i lose hope! I have big concerns that i have paid for a product i will never receive! It is today the 9th day that i am waiting for a email to notify me of the progress or destination of my package! I would kindly like my issue resolved due to me needing the product/sim to be able to work from home... Im deeply troubled and concerned because ive been sent from pillar to post with no real feedback! Please contact me, email me or even just notify me of what is happening! Everyone else gets delivery within 3 or 4 business days! So why cant I? Thank you!
