Rain sim cards not activated and no coverage in Nelspruit Stonhenge

I have been using Rain for the past 4 month they have deducted a full amount on the first month before I could even use their service further more the sim cards are not activated even today, I have tried several times to call but can't reach to anyone. This is frustrating because I have to buy data every time I am not home. Also I am in Nelspruit Stonehenge suburb now for holidays and there is no coverage. Any one from Rain please assist
