RAIN sim cards belongs in the dustbin

Ordered a RAIN sim card online since you cant even buy one at Pick and Pay. Picked up my RAIN sim at Take a lot. Got home. Started configuring the sim. Loaded bank details and then waited for the Rica sms to come to my phone and 4 hours later still no sms. Completed the configuration by removing the sim card and throwing it in the ******* bin. These people dont have a line you can call. There is no online support. I got a ticket via email that says they will make contact with me .... When? In 2025 , next week. I dont have time for amateur service like this. I can call MTN and Telkom almost anytime and get help..... This is something that doesnt exsist at RAIN #Covid****edservice@RAIN I see they dont even comment on Hello Peter complaints either. Dont enrich ISP's that trade service for lower subscription fees. Imagine I had trouble over a weekend with my Internet while I assist a client. I will lose clients in that case if RAIN was my ISP.
