Rain sim card Rica struggles

Bought a Sim card yesterday Sat 07/11/2020 at 10am, I have paid for my order but have been struggling to Rica the Sim card online. I have written to the support team yesterday but still no response. I tried the Rica option again today and it is still not working.

I'm not finding any joy in the service offered by Rain support team and the fact that they don't even have a contact number makes it worse as one is stuck with an automated email service with no response even when they say "type response above this line" I'm now subjected to buying data because the one I paid for with rain can't be used due to registration being incomplete and Sim not being activated because of their glitches.

The Rain service is bad and needs serious improvement.
