Rain Sim Card Not Working Even After Payment Done

It's been 24 hours now, still not activated on the Rain service, Fully paid R479 yesterday morning already and all their support are not replying my emails, it's a bad experience I'm having already, haven't even used the service. I've logged so many complains already, but no one replies my emails, just automatic reply messages. This is bad service. I did this for school, this is a waste of money already.

I've been pleading for help since yesterday, please please fix my problem... It keeps saying "Emergency Calls Only" its not a phone or router problem. Its you guys.
