Rain sim card not connecting

I took my Rain sim card to home during holidays, everything was ok at home as i just connected to. Then i came back now my router shows red light, they told me my sim card is not connected to network. They suggested i setup APN, i did that nothing changed. I inserted different sim card in it, everything is working.. Now their consultant cannot even help me, why are paying?
