RAIN SIM CARD LONGEST TO ACTIVATE...24 HOURS AND COUNTING

So I got my RAIN SIM card for my router, delivered and RICAed, more than 24 hours, lots of emails and phone calls, my SIM remains not activated. Now instead of sorting the problem out, they are just spamming me with the "help is on the way" emails. If this doesn't get resolved I just wasted R479 on a sim.
