Rain Sim Card Issues

Please do not use this Service Provider. I have had so many problems from the time I signed up for their sim card. I topped up minutes yesterday and the payment went through and deducted from my bank account but from yesterday when I try to call, it says I have no minutes. I have called the call center to resolve the matter but they just keep transferring me to other agents and put me on hold. I cannot make phone calls to my clients. Absolutely ridiculous service.
