Rain SIM card

I have been having problem with my SIM card it's not working and I have been contacting rain they keep saying that they will call me it's been few weeks now with out my SIM card and the sad part is that I am using this SIM card for my business now am stuck I can work I can do call or place any orders because it is they only SIM card that I register to the company that am working with this is too much am losing my business because they don't card
