RAIN sim card delivery

l bought a sim card from RAIN in the 20th April and till today no delivery has been done. From that day till the Wed 22 April l last received the below comms: RAM: Your parcel is out for delivery to , Arundo Estate , 49 49 Arundo Circle. ID, Proof of Residence required. ***-***5. l have been following up daily only to get told yesterday by RAM deliveries they could not get access to my Estate and returned my Sim. Clear instructions were given on the request on delivery but nether RAM or Rain tried to contact me . l am very disappointed with their interaction. Till today l am still waiting for delivery and non of the 2 companies can commit to a date.SLA and communication for both companies is pathetic.

When l log into my account RAIN notifies me of my next billing being the 1st May for a sim card l havent received or used. So so disappointed.
