Rain sim card
My name is Boitshepo Kgare and I got a rain SIM card not so long ago, immediately when I got the Sim card I payed the 479 upfront now when I canceled my Sim card rain still expected me to pay for the month of August even though I won't be using their Sim card anymore. This is the company that pride themselves in saying no contracts but still want to reap us off. I am very disappointed and will never go back to do business with them.

03 Aug 2021, 11:06That's not true and you know it, the invoice run from the first of each month to the last day of the month. I payed 479 during December month and January. All I want now is for rain to cancel my account as the Sim card has already been canceled.

After cancellation of my Sim card we had a situation which I thought was sorted out but to my surprise when I asked for a call back today the agent told me that I still owe Rain. May we get to the bottom of this issue ASAP.
