Rain sim card

Rain, is here to suck our pockets dry. How could I be billed for services that I am not using. The consultants are ****mers you will tell them nicely that you want the R250 service which will activate from 23:00 till 18:00 and the amount will be deducted correctly then out of the blue it's no longer R250 it's R360 then R400 now it's R1 112.20 then am asking myself how come. I also asked them and their explanation doesn't answer my question how did it reach that amount since they said they will contact me. Two weeks ago the ****ming consultant called and I asked him to call me between 14:00 and 15:00 as I wanted to understand what is going on.he never came back to me. Now am sitting with a reference number from May Reference Number: *** and am still not answered. They claim that their calls are recorded and wen you request them to make a follow up wen I was purchasing that no one gets back to me
