Rain SIM card agents are the epitome of USELESS

I can’t connect to the internet with my WiFi router , using the rain SIM card . I got the sim on the 11th of May , today on the 27th of May I still can’t connect to the Internet. I tried 3 different routers, the sim still won’t connect. I’ve laid 3 separate claims . They are unwilling to help me or send me a non defective SIM card
