RAIN SIM CARD ACTIVATION IS WACK

So my 5G router was ****** and I had to pay 4K to replace it, shap. Payment done and delivery done in 3 days. I even saw on my profile that the SIM swap was done, impressive I thought. Until they showed their true colours!!! I was told sim card activation takes 2 to 24 hours. After 24 hours I spent God knows how much on airtime calling Rain and being told they were escalating the matter. On twitter they said the SIM has been activated on the 2nd of March 2022 in the afternoon but there's no activation. I have over 25 tickets on that and all I get is "sorry for the inconvenience, we will escalate the matter". I don't know how many times I heard that, the next time I hear it I'm gonna scream. Worse the "activation team" can only be contacted internally, so they have the luxury to read emails and not respond.

My first sim was faulty and had to be delivered again. This time the activation team just chooses to take its time.
