Rain sim card

I lost my SIM card a few weeks back and cancelled it but rain said they’ll only cancel the sim after a certain period of time. I went to their website today, sent an email and a lady called Phindile Lukhele called me. She was of great help and a good communicator, she immediately cancelled the sim for me and I’m happy since I don’t have to worry about another person using my sim.
