Rain sim card

I have ordered rain sim card on the 31st of August and was delivered by Ram courier on the 2nd of Sept and I have been with this Sim card until today and it's not activated. I have tried to call the number *** and to find out that it's an automated voice recording. I have paid my upfront fees of 479 for unlimited data. Now am sitting with a Sim card that's not working and I haven't heard anything from them and on the system is stating that my sim card is ready for delivery while Its already delivered and I they dont have any option to reverse the money as they seems not to do their job.
