Rain Sim Card

Beginning of last month I app**** for 2 rain sim cards I received them the one was activated and worked while the other one didnt.. after calling a number of times and not getting through to the call centre I tried chatting to them online waiting in long ques when coming to number two in line than I get kick out of the site.neither the less after canceling the service of the 1 sim card that was not active they bill me for it and now expect me to pay for a service I did not render
