Rain sim card

Had such bad experiences with Rian on the 27th July I bought their sim card I activated it then they debited payment of 479 same time when I Rica the sim it just got stuck on the page saying checking validation up till today. I log a call on their support system the response was they will get back to me in 24 or 48 hours to assist up till today still waiting and sim is still checking validation...there is no phone number on their website this is not on at all I needed that simcard for work purposes now it's dead end
