Rain Sim Activation and no support

Dear Rain. You sell enticing packages and force people to pay for a service you do not provide. You have no way of being contacted and your website does not all you to contact support as it is stuck on select your MSISDN. It is so infuriating that you are so quick to take the money but offer no service. Your website does not allow you to activate your already existing Sim card purchased on Takealot, it forces you to wait for another Sim card to be delivered in 5days. Therefore negating the very 7day trial offer you made one purchase on takealot. Please get back to me as there is no way to reach your support.
