Rain SIM

Rain they got poor service I've never use my SIM card for 1month of which I've paid due to lost of SIM I requested another SIM they delayed to deliver my SIM I decided to cancel my rain then 1of their agent call me and asked me why I cancel my SIM I explain to her that I've requested SIM they delayed to deliver now it's almost month end they gonna deduct money on my account of which I didn't use the service that's the reason am cancelling then she told me that no we are owing you 1month you will pay on 25 September then they deliver my SIM before 25August the SIM card was offline on 25 August the tried to deduct my money lucky enough I've decreased my limit now am calling them to cancel that SIM card because they didn't do what we agreed about now they are telling me that am owing them R600 😡😡R600 for what meaning am donating with my money to them it's not a 1st time they ****** me December 2022 I didn't use their service then I continue use the service 5months later May 2023 they deducted R640 I was surprised why they deduct so much money I call them they told me that December I didn't pay ok I've made peace with it now they are starting again they want to rob me again when you send emails they don't reply I've send them several times no respond now am calling them they telling me that am owing them for what?💔😡rain was my favourite but now it's very poor service
