rain sim 1 & sim 2 not working

I called the company's call center this afternoon however, the consultant wasn't very helpful after telling her my query she said she is escalating it and i must hold. I was on hold for a very long time. While on hold I received an email with a reference number. It appeared to me that she didn't even bother to talk to me afterwards to finalize the call so I ended up cutting the call.

My query was that the 2 my rain sim cards aren't working properly. Is it possible that you sort them out because i have been having these sim cards for months now and its one problem after the other. I am hoping to hear from you with a solution.
