Rain Signal must be optimized

Rain signal is very poorer,I'm using 4g 19 Hours Unlimited rain network but their network reception is terrible than Telkom & Vodacom network. It is only working 100% during 11pm till 7am and from 7am till 6pm is worse because you can't able to stream a simple 240 pixels videos, you can't even browse emails.its USELESS.

Rain must do something about that other wise they will loose most of the customers even those who are interested.
