RAIN Signal is the worst!

Rain Wi-Fi is the worst. Started with 4G deal, the signal was the worst, it felt like they were turning it on and off, but I didn't complain too much because I thought since I'm paying for the cheapest service it would come with these consequences. I then upgraded to a 5G service. It started well in the first few months but then later on, Rain started with their dirty tricks by cutting the reception when you most need it. Especially now since they updated their 5G router to be able to connect to 4G network, if it happened that their 5G towers were down. Believe me, these days it feels like the towers are Always down!! Ain't no way. Then they came up with another way to milk more money from their customers which was them handing us 2 free 4G rain SIM cards that had certain benefits(2Gb free,etc). Again it feels like a stunt to cut the reception again because since they SIM cards arrived, connecting on the 4G network has been an everyday thing.(Poor signal) I AM DONE WITH RAIN!! NEXT WEEK I AM OFFICIALLY CANCELLING THE AGREEMENT. Y'ALL CAN COME TAKE YOUR 5G ROUTER!!!
