Rain signal and customer service is ****ty

The 4G device randomly stopped working about a month ago. I have been struggling with go get a signal for about a month now. Their technicians take 2 or 3 days to call. They fix the problem then 1 hour later, no signal. Ive spent the last 24 hrs without a signal and no one has called or been sent out to fix the problem.

The problem has not gotten better after upgrading to their 5G. It’s just as bad as the 4G.

Rains customer service is quite ****ty, and their signal is worse. The part that makes me angry is that I will have to pay full price for having data all of 3 days.
