Rain show’s coverage that doesn’t exist

I live 0.29km from one of the towers rain indicates on the coverage map. I get no connection at all.

This is the message rain sends me. Thanks for nothing. I canceled my sim.

Please be advised;

I do see that you are connected to a tower at the moment - giving you a blind spot so you would automatically hop between the two nearest sectors on the tower - this in itself does cause an intermittent connection which has led to you having the issue you are experiencing.

This means that the connection will constantly hop in between the two sites, which causes the connection to remain intermittent as one sector can have a decent percentage of users whilst the other has a higher amount and it does vary during different time periods in the day.

With that being said - the connection may continue to remain an issue going forward - and there would not be much we can do to improve it due to the overall terrain in the area as well as the topography.
