RAIN should rename DROUGHT cos you don't get jack from them
Disgusting service, take your money and leave you with no Sim activation so I have a very pretty router night light now RAIN you truly sux ... using RAM couriers is the only positive they delivered quick, did RICA on site with me and then .... RAIN forgot to come to the party, I want my money back I did my side of the deal and you failed me bad, I have lost business and money

15 Oct 2021, 17:34I will agree to that but then delivery must be on Monday morning as I have lost business and income because of this, if this doesn't work for you I will need to request a full refund so that I can place my service elsewhere. You don't understand the gravity of how this has personally affected me and reading the reviews am wondering if the 5g is the best option, all I see are complaints ...seems your 4G customers are happier and this network option appears more stable, what is the possibility that by Monday morning I exchange the 5G unit for a 4G unit I don't care about the R479 vs R499 difference I just want a working service ASAP
