RAIN SHOULD JUST CLOSE THEIR DOORS

Ive been struggling with Rain from the 23rd of January, Thats when i Laid my first complaint with rain. They little to zero - responded to any of my queries. I have no internet connectivity where i am staying In the Vaal, But it states on their site that there is coverage and aslo im staying a few 100m away from the tower. Their internet is not working i have to put my LTE router outside in order for it to actually be able to pick up a signal bar. Ive been complaining every week to them, and all that they tell me is the orders has been escalated to the "networks Department". Still have to pay R250 for a thing that barely works. They are looting us dry for things that dont work.
