Rain should just close shop because it’s useless

They don’t even deserve 1 star, if there was an option for 0 stars I was going to choose it. For the past 2 months they have been cutting my internet access every 2 weeks telling me that I have to pay my account is in arrears, I sent them emails and tried to get them to explain what’s going on, they don’t respond and they don’t even care to handle the matter. I must have sent them over 10 emails telling them to sort the issue out, the worst part is that their network has been ****py for the past 3 months and I tried telling them that and it seems like they don’t even care. I am done with rain. The service is whack
