Rain should fix their wifi

It's amazing how one can pay for a service in this country and it not be delivered as promised. Had Rain for only a month and yet already experiencing problems with their service, wifi speeds have constantly dropped and now when i call to get them fixed they fix it for a few seconds and it just goes back down to 1.86mb/p/s after 5 minutes of ending the call. I mean really what type of ass service is this where you pay money for something you aren't even able to use?
