Why is Rain Mobile still allowed to to advertise and sell us broken service.

I have gone through the reviews... and I am ****ed. This is some form of fruad. You took my money on a false promise. You delayed my progress, personal choices and wellbeing and you had my money. I followed your provided support request processes and you did not call me. After 2 tickets logged. 3 with the one I logged today its midday. You haven't called me.

I contacted your brand ambassador Celeste Ntuli. She tried one person. Nothing.

Your product has not only messed up but has also cocts me more that I was willing or able to spend. Why are you in business??

I have recorded 2 days of your mess connections. Now I worked in an IT company, I know you gonna try and hide behind that "not guaranteeing connectivity clouse".
